If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 30 days for an exchange or a refund to your original form of payment.
The Shop at Joffrey Ballet School will accept your return of unworn, unwashed, like new condition (per The Shop at Joffrey Ballet School’s discretion) and defective merchandise by mail if the merchandise is returned within 30 days of receipt.
For Custom Orders, all sales are final – no refunds or exchanges are available.
Eligible return refunds made within 30 days after receipt will be credited for the item’s purchase price to the original form of payment. Your return or exchange will be processed within 5-7 days of receipt. (Timing of when it will post to your account will vary depending on your bank).
Product exchanges may be made for merchandise replacement only.

Return by Mail Instructions:
Package your items and the packing slip that came with your order(s).
You may use your original packaging – removing any labels.
Print and securely affix a return label using clear tape.
Mail your package through an insured, traceable delivery service.
Take note of your return tracking number from your printed label to track your return package.
