Shipping & Delivery

Please note that all items are made to order and require up to 2 weeks for processing before shipping. As we do not carry on-site inventory, all orders are fulfilled online and shipped directly to you.

Summer Intensives
If you would like your order to arrive before the start of your Summer Intensive, please plan accordingly and allow sufficient time for both processing and shipping.

We do not accept deliveries to Joffrey Ballet School or any intensive locations.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item received is damaged.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of damage (such as photos). Once approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
